Butchering Services
For nearly 50 years our family has offered custom poultry butchering services for those who wish to raise their own poultry and let us do the less glamorous part.
We have upgraded our USDA exemption to SMALL ENTERPRISE. We also are licensed by the state through MDARD.
If you are selling the birds, they must be bagged and tagged by Wilcox Poultry to be legal. You will need a state license if you are holding the birds; not going directly to market.
